We are excited to announce our partnership with Thirsty Blooms by Sophie to bring you a unique Mother’s Day experience: a two-day workshop where you get to create a vase at our hot glass studio and then finish arranging it with beautiful florals with Sophie. A thoughtful gift for the mother in your life, or that special someone who deserves it!
Price: $240 per vase
Add-on: $25 for an additional participant* (max 1 additional adult per reservation)
*Please note: you have the option to add an additional person for $25 more. This does not mean an additional vase, this just means two people can participate per vase. If you want to create an additional vase, you will need to make a separate reservation.

Day 1: Create a glass vase with Ghost Pepper Glass! (Glass Blowing Studio)
Location: Ghost Pepper Glass – 10300 Metric Blvd Suite 250
Be ready to create your own vase made of glass! You will be paired with an experienced instructor as they guide you through the basics of glassblowing. During the session, you will have plenty of time to think about the design of your vase (options displayed below) and choose your preferred colors. You will have 30 minutes of hands-on time where you’ll shape the molten glass, add color to it, and assist your instructor with different tools to blow and create the final piece. Once your piece is in the annealer, you can sit back and relax, watch other participants do their own piece, or step into the gallery to browse around the artwork on display.
While your custom vase cools down in the annealer (takes up to 2 days), you will be expected to return to Ghost Pepper Glass for the second part of the workshop: Designing a beautiful floral bouquet for your vase with Thirsty Blooms by Sophie!

Day 2: Design your floral bouquet with Thirsty Blooms by Sophie
Location: Ghost Pepper Gallery – 10300 Metric Blvd Suite 550
Description: Your custom glass vase will be ready to be designed as you step into a guided floral experience with Sophie, founder of Thirsty Blooms. Using a curated selection of fresh, seasonal blooms, you’ll learn the fundamentals of floral design including balance, color pairing, texture, and intentional placement.
This workshop is designed to feel both creative and approachable, whether you’re new to florals or have experience. Sophie will walk you through her signature style while encouraging your own personal expression, so each arrangement feels unique to you.
You’ll leave with a fully designed arrangement in your handmade vase, a thoughtful gift for someone special or a piece to enjoy in your own space.
